At Dormify, our primary focus has always been ensuring a smooth transition to school - whether it be your first time on campus or your senior year! As we have all experienced, 2020 has been a very unusual and challenging year. As a small retailer, we have been impacted by the COVID-19 like many others. Our priority continues to be providing the best possible service for embarking on a college journey, and with this in mind, unfortunately we can no longer confidently provide our Buy Now Ship Later program. Due to the limitations of our small warehouse and team, we have had to make this tough decision with our customers’ best interest in mind. Our commitment to assisting with a smooth move-in remains strong, and we are still able to ship directly to all schools that accept student mail within their designated delivery windows.
What if I have already placed a Buy Now, Ship Later Order?
If you have already placed an order using Buy Now, Ship Later, your order will stay in tact. We will continue working with our fulfillment center to ensure all previously placed Buy Now Ship Later orders will be shipped on the date you selected. Should any further changes or updates take place, we will reach out to you directly.
As a reminder, all Buy Now, Ship Later customers must contact us with any order change requests at least one month prior to your requested ship date. Our fulfillment center will be unable to make any changes to orders within the month leading up to your selected date. Please submit any change requests with details here.
