Please reference the shipping confirmation email sent to the email address you used for your order. This email will contain the tracking number for your package.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email yet, it means your order is still being processed, and the email will be sent as soon as a tracking number is available.

My Care Package Is Lost
If the package was marked as delivered, there are a few steps we suggest taking. Occasionally, packages are marked as delivered before they are physically at your address/mail room. Please allow 24 hours following a delivery confirmation before assuming there is an issue.
- Double-check around your mailbox and with your mailing center at your university to ensure someone else did not pick up your package.
- Contact the shipping carrier and gather additional information on where the delivery driver may have left your package. You can also confirm if the carrier left the package with a specific person in your university's mail room. This info may also be found in the tracking details.
You have up to 10 days after an item is marked as delivered to report your missing package. Dormify is not responsible for lost packages reported beyond 10 days post-delivery. Please ensure that you provide a valid shipping address that is attended to during the day.

If you have purchased a Care Package for your student, please refer to the following estimated shipping windows and pick-up guidelines:

Estimated Ship Date Range: October 1-October 25 to arrive by Halloween
Pick-up Location: Your student will receive communication from the school mailroom on when, where, and how to pick up their package.
📝Fall Finals Care Package📝
Estimated Ship Date Range: November 1-December 5 to arrive prior to your student's exams
Pick-up Location: Your student will receive communication from the school mailroom on when, where, and how to pick up their package.

Estimated Ship Date Range: January 23-February 10 to arrive by Valentine's Day
Pick-up Location: Your student will receive communication from the school mailroom on when, where, and how to pick up their package.

Estimated Ship Date Range: Surprise! It's true to its name and will come out of the blue during the Spring Semester!
