You can check the status of your Dormify order by signing into your Dormify account. If you have not yet created an account, you can register for a new account by clicking the Sign Up link in the top right corner of the Dormify website (seen below). If you are trying to login to an existing account and continue having trouble after attempting a password reset, your account may not be fully active. Please attempt the "Sign Up" step again to finish your account activation.
Once your package has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email to the email address used to place your order. Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email for your tracking number to become active and start showing movement following physical scans at shipping carrier facilities.
