Some specialty items on our website do incur restocking fees, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you (in addition to the $5 return fee for all returns). To confirm if your item incurs a restocking fee, please visit the product page for that item and click the "Return Policy" icon. A drop-down description of the return policy will list the restocking fee amount for that item, if applicable.
On the rare occasion that your item is delivered to you damaged or defective, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt and we will ship you a replacement immediately. It's on us, you will not be subject to a restocking fee or additional shipping charge.
