HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: Returns are free within 90 days from the date of purchase on all items ordered between 11/5/19 and 12/31/19, unless otherwise noted in the Returns Policy section on an individual product page and/or our Return Policy. Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
- Merchandise must be returned within 60 days of receipt.
- Merchandise must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.
- All eligible returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, with the exception of Gift Returns which will be reimbursed as Dormify Store Credit.
- A copy of the Packing Slip must be included in the package (so we know who it came from!).
- All orders will incur a flat $5 return shipping & handling cost, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If you merchandise requires an additional restocking fee, it will list the restocking fee under the Return Policy dropdown on the product page. All restocking fees will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you.
- Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your returned items.
- If the order being returned took advantage of a promotion, i.e. a percentage off, dollar off amount, free shipping, the value of the promotion will be deducted from the refund.
- Any merchandise marked as purchased from our "Final Sale" category cannot be returned.
- If the value of the merchandise you are returning is over $400, your return could be subject to additional return shipping charges.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Final Sale items (70% off or higher)

- Wall Prints
- Virtual and Physical Gift Cards
- Select Decals
- Select Tapestries
