Aside from our apologies, because we know how frustrating this can be, here are some troubleshooting tips:
General: Some discount codes are valid only for certain products or orders meeting a certain amount. If a promo code isn’t working, double-check to make sure your order meets the terms applicable to that promotion and that the code is not expired.
Digital gift cards and physical gift cards: Discount codes may not be applied to the purchase of any type of gift card.
Using two discount codes: This will not work, since only one code can be used per order. We suggest using the discount code with the best discount!
